Panaversity Certification Exam & Data Protection Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Candidate") and Panaversity. By registering for and taking any Panaversity exam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following rules and policies.

Important: Zero Tolerance Policy

Panaversity has a zero tolerance rule in regard to anyone who engages in Exam Misconduct. Our exams are administered under strict supervision and exam rules, and are carefully monitored by both proctors and AI agents during the live exam. Upon completion of the exam, the session recording is reviewed.

Any suspicious activity will be addressed and will result in consequences including, but not limited to, revoking a passing score and restricting an individual's ability to take an exam again.

Important:.

1.If your internet disconnects, the exam timer will not stop.

2.If your webcam or microphone stops working, the exam will be automatically cancelled.

Supported Browsers & Operating Systems

Below are the supported browsers and operating systems for taking Panaversity exams.

Important: Operating System Requirements

Linux operating systems are not supported for Panaversity exams. Only macOS and Windows devices are permitted for exam participation. Please ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements before attempting to take an exam.

Note: Earlier versions of Windows 10 (before 1803), Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Linux distributions, and iOS devices are not officially supported.

System Requirements: All candidates must use a laptop or computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the supported operating system versions listed in the table above. Ensure your device meets these requirements before registering for an exam to avoid technical issues during the examination process.

1. Identification & Verification

  • You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID that exactly matches your registration name.
  • Digital or photocopied IDs are not accepted.
  • Verification is completed live with the proctor before the exam begins.
  • For female candidates, hijabs or head coverings are not permitted during the examination to ensure proper identification and monitoring. A female invigilator will be assigned to conduct the exam for all female candidates.

2. Exam Environment Requirements

  • Stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone are mandatory throughout the exam.
  • Only one screen may be connected; external monitors must be disconnected.
  • Your exam room must be private, quiet, and free of unauthorized individuals.
  • Workspaces must be clear of books, notes, phones, or electronic devices (except those required).
  • A transparent water glass is permitted.
  • A full room scan may be requested by the proctor before the exam starts.

Acceptable Testing Location

Clutter-free work area
  • No objects such as paper, writing implements, electronic devices, or other objects on top of surface
  • No objects such as paper, trash bins, or other objects below the testing surface
Clear walls
  • No paper/print outs hanging on walls
  • Paintings and other wall décor is acceptable
  • Candidates will be asked to remove non-décor items prior to the exam being released
Lighting
  • Space must be well lit so that proctor is able to see candidate's face, hands, and surrounding work area
  • No bright lights or windows behind the examinee
Other
  • Candidate must remain within the camera frame during the examination
  • Space must be private where there is no excessive noise. Public spaces such as coffee shops, stores, open office environments, etc. are not allowed.

3. Exam Behavior

  • You must remain visible to the proctor at all times.
  • Leaving camera view or taking breaks during the exam is not permitted.
  • Communication with others (online or offline) is prohibited.
  • Unauthorized devices, software, or aids will result in immediate termination.

Violations may result in sanctions up to and including permanent exclusion from Panaversity certification programs.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

  • Exam content is the confidential intellectual property of Panaversity.
  • You are prohibited from copying, recording, photographing, or sharing any exam material.
  • Any disclosure may result in invalidation of your exam attempt, revocation of existing certificates, permanent ban from Panaversity exams, or legal action for breach of contract or intellectual property violation.

5. Certification & Validity

  • Passing scores are determined by Panaversity's exam policies.
  • Certifications may be revoked if earned through misconduct.

6. Misconduct & Penalties

  • Examples of misconduct include: cheating or collusion, unauthorized devices or notes, impersonation or falsifying identity, leaving the exam area or disabling monitoring tools, attempting to copy or disclose exam content.
  • Penalties may include: warning or invalidation of results, revocation of certificates, permanent ban from Panaversity exams, legal proceedings for fraud, breach of contract, or IP theft.

  • 1.Do not Attach HDMI.
  • 2.Do not Run Any Recording Application.

7. Appeals

  • Candidates may file an appeal regarding exam results or alleged unfair treatment through Panaversity's Exam Appeals Process.
  • Appeals are reviewed using recordings, proctor logs, and system data.
  • Decisions made by Panaversity after review are final.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We collect identification details, contact details, exam session data, monitoring data, and technical data.
  • Your data is used for identity verification, exam delivery and scoring, monitoring exam integrity, issuing certificates, and providing exam records for appeals or audits.
  • All data is stored securely using encrypted systems and protected against unauthorized access.
  • You have rights to request data copies, corrections, deletions (where legally allowed), and file complaints. Contact privacy@panaversity.org.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Acknowledgment

  • By registering for or taking a Panaversity exam, you acknowledge and agree to:
  • Follow all exam rules and proctor instructions
  • Accept recording, monitoring, and processing of your data for exam purposes
  • Comply with confidentiality, integrity, and certification policies
