  • Misuse of Accounts: Sharing accounts, engaging in fraud, or using Panaversity for unauthorized purposes will result in account termination.

Payment & Refund Policy

Financial policies regarding tuition and refunds:

  • Payment Terms: Tuition fees must be paid before course access is granted.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not available once a course has started.

Academic Integrity & Code of Conduct

  • Course Duration: Course access remains valid as per Panaversity’s learning duration policy.
  • Integrity Policy: No plagiarism, cheating, or sharing of proprietary course material.
  • Respectful Conduct: Respectful communication is required in all discussion forums, live sessions, and group projects.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Violation of integrity policies may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Course materials, videos, and content are the intellectual property of Panaversity.
  • Users are granted access for personal learning purposes only and may not distribute, resell, or copy content.
  • AI projects, code repositories, and assessments submitted by students remain their own intellectual property.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect personal information only for educational and administrative purposes.
  • We comply with global privacy regulations.
  • Data is not sold to third parties but may be used for internal research, certification verification, and performance analysis.
  • By using Panaversity, you agree to receive course updates, certification details, and AI industry insights via email.

Technology & System Requirements

  • Learners must have reliable internet, modern browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox), and access to cloud-based services.
  • AI labs and practical work may require Docker, Kubernetes, Python, and cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Panaversity is not responsible for technical issues due to a learner's hardware or internet connectivity.

Certification & Accreditation

  • Panaversity offers non-governmental professional certifications in AI Engineering.
  • Completion of a course does not guarantee job placement.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Panaversity does not guarantee career advancement or financial gain from completing its courses.
  • We are not responsible for any losses due to technical issues, delays, or third-party service failures.
  • Our platform provides educational services only and does not assume responsibility for AI projects, applications, or business ventures learners undertake.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes should first be resolved through Panaversity’s support team.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached through informal means, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration proceedings will take place in the jurisdiction in which Panaversity is legally registered, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
  • The governing laws will be based on the jurisdiction in which Panaversity is legally registered.

Account Termination & Suspension

  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
    • Breach of academic integrity policies
    • Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
    • Harassment or misconduct in forums and discussions
  • Panaversity reserves the right to remove any user violating these terms.

Modifications to Terms

  • Panaversity reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Any changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Force Majeure

Panaversity shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, technical disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
